Title: Self Reflection
The semester started very well. In the first two weeks, I knew exactly what the course is about. In this reflection essay I will talk about the materials I took and my performance in these materials.
Since the beginning of the course I expected that it’s easy and enjoyable course because Mr. John Vrhovnik gave us a brief summary of the contents of the course. First of all we started by doing the C.V and the cover letter. I didn’t expect that the formats of these give a big influence to the managers of places we are willing to apply. Mr. Vrhovnik was checking every single mistake such as capital letters and spellings and that helped me a lot to know that even these small things will give the managers an idea about me. Secondly, we started to do the interviews as if we are in the real situation, it was a group of students who interviewed each other. I learnt from this how to prepare myself, have the best answer for all question and to be confident of myself. Thirdly we did the meeting, I learnt from that how to organize myself and prepare the information I want to discuss also how I could give my idea in a good way where everybody will give attention to me. After that we did the presentation and the report, both of these helped me in way that I can benefit from the researches and give my results in good ways without plagiarism.
My performance was good because I had good marks because Mr.Vrhonvik always gave us chances to resubmit our works.
